Egg / Oocyte Freezing
Preserve your fertility today for family planning in the future.
Purpose
Egg (oocyte) freezing is a fertility preservation option that helps you save eggs for the future especially for career planning, medical treatments, or when you’re not ready to conceive yet. By freezing eggs at a younger age, you can preserve egg quality for potential use later through IVF.
Common reasons people choose egg freezing:
Planning pregnancy later (personal/career reasons)
Before cancer therapy or medical treatment that may affect fertility
Low ovarian reserve concerns or family history of early menopause (in selected cases)

Procedure
Eggs are developed with medication, retrieved in a short procedure, and frozen using vitrification for future use.
Ovarian Stimulation
Medications stimulate the ovaries to develop multiple eggs. Monitoring is done with ultrasound and blood tests.
Egg Retrieval
Eggs are collected in a short outpatient procedure (usually with sedation).
Vitrification (Freezing)
Mature eggs are rapidly frozen using vitrification, a method designed to protect the egg structure during freezing.
Cryostorage
Frozen eggs are stored securely in liquid nitrogen until you’re ready to use them for IVF in the future.
