Purpose
These tests are used when there is recurrent pregnancy loss or repeated implantation failure, to identify clotting disorders or abnormal immune activity that may affect implantation and pregnancy continuation.

Measures uterine immune environment in selected cases.
Tests Included
a. APLA Test (Antiphospholipid Antibodies) Detects autoimmune clotting disorders causing recurrent pregnancy loss. Management: Anticoagulation therapy improves pregnancy outcomes.
b. ANA Profile (Anti-Nuclear Antibody) Detects autoimmune conditions (e.g., lupus) affecting implantation.
c. NK Cell & Cytokine Testing Measures uterine immune environment. Purpose: Identify abnormal immune activity causing implantation failure. Evidence: Targeted therapy improves IVF success in recurrent implantation failure cases.
d. Serum Fasting Homocysteine High levels can cause miscarriage and implantation failure. Treated with folate, B12, and lifestyle changes.
